Superior Housing Authority: Office Locations Update:
The Superior Housing Authority will remain in our temporary space through close of business on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
We will be closed for business on Thursday, December 12 & Friday, December 13 to move back to our original administrative office building, 1219 N. 8th St, Superior, WI. We will reopen on Monday, December 16, 2024 in our original location.
- Rent payments, documents and housing applications may continue to be put in the drop box in front of 1219 N. 8th Street. We will be checking the box multiple times a day even when we are officing out of the temporary location. Paper applications can also be picked up from the plastic boxes outside the 1219 N 8th Street building. Our temporary location has no dropbox.

If you are a current resident at one of our properties, please see the below letter for your program/property regarding our move back to our original Administrative Office , these letters were mailed to you late November, with your December rent statement. (Click on the letter title to open):

Our temporary office location is: 1401 Tower Ave, 1st Floor, in the “Old Post Office”. Please call or email before you visit as we are discouraging drop-ins.
Below are upcoming dates our office will be closed:

- Thanksgiving: Closed Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29
- Office Move: Closed Thursday, Dec. 12 and Friday, Dec. 13 (closed at both locations)
- Christmas: Closed Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25
- New Year’s Day: Closed Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025
